1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice


If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative and you believe that content on PNGWolf infringes your rights, please send a written notice to our designated email:

Your notification must include the following information to be considered valid under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

Without the above details, the request may be delayed or considered invalid.


2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice


Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA Takedown Notice:


  • We will review the claim.
  • Content reported as infringing may be removed or disabled.
  • If applicable, we may notify the uploader of the content.
  • We may request additional information if necessary.

PNGWolf may refuse to remove content if the notice is incomplete or fraudulent.


3. Submitting a Counter-Notification


If you believe that the removed or disabled material does not infringe copyright, or that you are legally authorized to use the content, you may send a Counter-Notice to challenge the takedown.


Your Counter-Notice must include:


  1. Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location (URL).
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once a valid Counter-Notice is received:


  • We may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.


4. Repeat Infringer Policy

PNGWolf maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright violations.

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access restricted or permanently banned at our discretion.
